Serving United States

Thirty minutes with the founder to understand where your company is constrained, what could change, and what the next step would cost. No deck or second meeting is required before we give you a clear answer.

A discovery call is thirty minutes with Jack Taylor, founder of Taylor Partners. We discuss your operating constraints, what you have tried, whether an Owner's Business Diagnostic is appropriate, and what that work would cost. If it is not the right fit, we will tell you.

What Happens on the Call

  • You describe where the business is stuck. Ten minutes, uninterrupted.
  • We ask about your economics — margin by line, capacity, where the owner's time goes.
  • We tell you whether a diagnostic would find anything, and give you a real number for it.

If we do not think there is enough there to justify the fee, we say so. That happens often enough that it is worth putting in writing. If a paid engagement is appropriate, we will explain the likely scope and price before you decide whether to proceed.

What to Share Before We Talk

You do not need a deck or a detailed brief. A few specifics help us make the first conversation useful:

  • Your company, industry, location, and approximate size
  • The main operating or growth problem you want to solve
  • What you have already tried and what happened
  • The outcome you want and when it matters
  • Whether you need advice, implementation, or both

If you are not sure what the problem is yet, describe what keeps happening. We can work from there.
