Accessibility

We aim to make the site easier to use across devices and assistive technologies, and we welcome reports when something gets in the way.

Our Commitment

The site is designed to support keyboard navigation, screen readers, magnification, voice control, and reduced-motion preferences. This statement describes design measures; it is not a claim that every page has passed an independent accessibility audit.

What This Site Does

  • Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator
  • A skip link lets keyboard and screen reader users bypass the navigation
  • Text and controls use a consistent visual system, with visible keyboard focus indicators
  • Headings follow a logical order and are used for structure rather than styling
  • Primary navigation and page content use semantic HTML landmarks and headings
  • Layout reflows to a single column on small screens without horizontal scrolling
  • Motion is minimal, and the site honours the reduced-motion preference
  • Links and buttons use descriptive labels, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology

Known Limitations

There is no embedded scheduling tool in this version of the site. To request a conversation, use the email or telephone links on the contact page. If either route or any page content is difficult to use, contact us and we will work with you on an alternative.

Accessible Formats

If you need information in another format or communication support, tell us what would work for you and we will discuss an accessible way to provide it.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us: jack@taylorpartners.ca or 416 346 5524. Please include the page address and what you were trying to do. We will review the issue and respond.
